2007 Lipovsek Family Reunion   -   June 23-24, 2007

The 2007 reunion was held  in conjunction with the Franklin Centennial.  How exciting that the Lipovsek family first settled in Franklin in 1907 so our family celebrated 100 years of being a part of Franklin.

Visit the Franklin website to read about the centennial activities that took place that week-end.  www.franklinkansas.com   The Lipovsek family had a tent for our reunion which was set up throughout the week-end.   Saturday was spent visiting and going over photos.  Several tables were set up which included photos albums and individual pictures.   Sunday included a gathering at Gebhardt’s for lunch for those who wished to do so. Sunday was a free day basically for visiting and enjoying all the centennial activities.

If you have family photos or stories to share please e-mail them so they can be added to this page.   The photos are in no particular order. They represent the entire week-end (attendance at Franklin Centennial, preparations for Centennial celebration, birthday parties, dinner at Gebhardt's, etc.).   Please either e-mail or send by CD any photos that we can share with everyone.

Read the article in the Morning Sun about this reunion.
