Welcome to the Lipovsek family home page. It gives me great pleasure to be able to share a small portion of the vast amounts of information which we have gathered about the Lipovsek family dating back to the early 1700s. . I have been interested in our family tree for over twenty years. My cousins and I have spent many hours in courthouses, cemeteries and libraries looking for names that would make a connection to this family. Much of this information has also been obtained from the archives in Ljubljana, Slovenija.
I would like to thank my family and friends who have been very helpful along the way and have helped in obtaining this wonderful history of our family. We are constantly looking for new links to our family tree and would be very happy to hear from anyone (whether family, friend or acquaintance) that would have information, photos or stories about any of our lines we are researching.
